Founded by Mark Byrne and Mike McGovern, the Grafton Directors are: Sarah Ryan, Julie Blood and Chris Grogan, supported by a team of highly skilled researchers and executives.
Mike McGovern has been instrumental in creating Grafton’s expertise at tracing missing beneficiaries and legal documentation; arranging share sales; as well as preparing worldwide comprehensive family trees.
Sarah Ryan joined the team to deliver asset reunification services. She carried out missing shareholder programmes for several publicly traded Companies and is considered an expert in the field.
Mark Byrne is a pioneer in Public Sector property solutions. He formed the unique and innovative Grafton Empty Homes over twenty years ago, a company that remains the best Public Sector property solution company in the UK.
Julie Blood brings 25-years of experience in probate and property conveyancing to her role at Grafton, having built her career in the legal sector. At Grafton she specialises in recovering funds in court and other related legal matters.
Chris Grogan has over fifteen years experience within the Public Sector, having worked both internally and externally for local authorities. He understands the complexities and unique challenges local authorities face, and how best to tackle them in a sensitive and appropriate manner.
