Our fees are structured in either of the following ways:

1. Upon agreement with whoever has instructed us such as a solicitor or executor, we will receive our fee directly from them. 
2. Upon contacting the beneficiary/next of kin we will agree a percentage of the estate/asset. At no time will we ask the beneficiary to contribute to the research or administration of the estate/asset. We only receive our fees if we have been successful in making a claim. In the event that we are unsuccessful in administrating a claim we bear all costs and responsibilities.
