We may have contacted you because you could be entitled to a share of an unclaimed estate. This means there are strong grounds for thinking you have a legitimate claim. An entitled beneficiary is someone that has been identified as a potential heir. If we are calling you to let you know this, it is likely that our research has shown there is a very high probability that you are an heir to an estate.

We only contact potential beneficiaries after identifying an unclaimed estate or asset in which we believe they may be entitled to a share. We will not ask you to undertake any work or incur any expenses to prove your entitlement. You will only need to pay us the agreed fee if and when you receive a share of the estate. If you are agreeable to proceed simply sign the attached paperwork and return it to us in the enclosed SAE, nothing else is required at this stage.
